CANARIAS.LEGAL is being built to give international investors a single, accountable legal representative in the Canary Islands, from first offer through completion, operation and exit.

Planned scope of representation

  • Acting as the investor's counsel in negotiations with sellers, developers and agents.
  • Representing investors before notaries, registries, municipalities and regional authorities.
  • Coordinating tax, technical and financial advisers under one strategy.
  • Escalating to formal claims and litigation where the investor's interests require it.

Independent of the other side

The intended role is to advance the investor's interests, not to facilitate a transaction at any cost, with no instructions taken from sellers, agents or developers on the same matter.
